Recurring Charge / Subscription Agreement

This Recurring Charge / Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("Customer," "You," or "Your") and AIXIS LABS, operating through our Shopify-powered website aixislabs.com

This Agreement outlines the tems and conditions that govern your subscription to our products and services, including ongoing recurring payments, under the laws of Australia, including Australian Consumer Law.

 


 

1. Subscription Terms

By subscribing to our products:

  • You  agree to purchase our skincare products on a monthly recurring basis (min 3 months  or as selected by you).

  • You  authorise us to automatically charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • The  subscription will continue unless cancelled by you or terminated by us  under this Agreement.

 


 

2. Billing & Payments

  • You  agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing information.

  • You  will be charged the subscription amount, as advertised at the time of sign-up, plus any applicable GST or shipping fees.

  • Charges  will be billed automatically via Shopify’s secure payment gateway using  your stored payment method.

  • You  will receive a confirmation email with each successful charge and shipment.

 


 

3. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing. If we change the subscription price:

  • You  will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email.

  • Continued  use of your subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes  acceptance.

 


 

4. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging  into your account at aixislabs.com or

  • Contacting  us at info@aixislabs.com

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at our discretion, including for:

  • Non-payment,

  • Fraudulent  activity, or

  • Breach  of this Agreement.

 


 

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products:

  • Subscription  payments are non-refundable once your order has been processed or shipped.

  • If  your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution under our Returns Policy.

 


 

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to remedies for faulty or misrepresented goods.

 


 

7. Amendments to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. If material changes occur, you will be notified in advance. Continued use of our subscription service following such changes indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
