Welcome to AIXIS LABS (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [www.aixislabs.com (“Site”) and the purchase of any skincare products (“Products”) offered by us through the Site.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases from our Site. By using our Site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All  orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We  reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

  • Prices  are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST  (unless otherwise stated such as our la  crème soleil product).

  • We  accept payment via secure third-party payment gateways. By submitting your  payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery  times and shipping methods are listed on our Site. While we aim to meet  estimated delivery times, delays may occur and we are not liable for such  delays.

  • Risk  in the Products passes to you upon delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair.

  • We  aim to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However,  slight variations may occur.

  • Our  skincare products are for external use only. You should read all product labels, warnings, and directions before use and consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns or sensitivities.

  • We  do not provide medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose,  treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including but not limited to images, text, logos, designs, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Myriad Trading Pty Ltd t/a AIXIS LABS and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our Site without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We  are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential  damages arising out of your use of our Site or Products.

  • Our  total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these  Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under Australian law, that provision will be severed, and the remaining terms will remain in effect.
